CHI Rocket Hair Dryer



Are you sold on the quality of CHI hair dryers but would like to ‘kick it up a notch’? Then you may want to consider the ultra lightweight, power packing Farouk CHI 2100 Professional 1800. Those 1800 watts of power will dry your hair – fast!

I’m not a technical person, but from what I’ve read on the forums, those 1800 watts do make a difference and gets the job done of thoroughly drying your hair very quickly.

And it’s not all about the heat. Maybe you dislike the hassle of holding in the ‘cool button’ that cuts off the heat. I know I do. But with the CHI 2100 Rocket, you just push in the button and off goes the heat. Push again and the heats back on. So simple, but useful.

This hair dryer only has two settings: high and low. If you’re ‘blessed’ with frizzy hair like me – my stylists recommends using less air and more heat. In-other-words: medium air, and high heat.

Well, that’s all fine and good but with the Farouk CHI Rocket, you don’t have that option – just high and low! But the good news … you don’t need it.

The ‘high’ setting is high air and high heat. The kicker is with this model, it doesn’t frizz or damage your hair. And with the high setting and the crazy technology this dryer is built with, it really does cut the drying time in half.  Half!  And my hair has looks good. (Others have told me so it’s not just my personal biased opinion.) And it takes a lot less time to do. (Who has time anymore?)

One reviewer over at Amazon claims: “I look like I have a brand new silky wig on!” After using this Chi dryer, I thought the same thing. (About my hair, not hers!)

Now, I’m not going to kid you. The Farouk CHI 2100 Professional 1800 Rocket costs some bucks. Way more than I’ve EVER spent on a hair dryer before.

It took some serious reviewing and recommendation from my stylist before I said: ‘what the heck’ and bought the CHI. (HINT: Cheapest price is over at Amazon).

I don’t know how they do it, but it does dry my hair a whole lot faster. And I haven’t a clue what ‘EMF’, ‘infrared light’, or ‘ionic heat’ is, does, or whatever, but this lightweight dryer kicks a$$. That’s for sure! (Did I mention it only weighs ONE POUND?)

Say good by to fly away strands, static electricity and frizzy ends!

But as previously mentioned, this CHI Rocket hair dryer is a tad expensive. At least it was for me. But read over those glowing reviews if you’re unsure if it’s a good investment. All those happy customers convinced me to give it go — and I’m very glad I did.
